We represent community evidence on flooding, emergency access and resilience; support progress on the Loch Ard Road flood barrier; and press public bodies for clear responsibilities, funding and timescales. We support a combined approach that considers hard engineering, natural flood management and community preparedness.

Safer routes and dependable rural connections.
We raise road condition, speeding, closures, public transport and emergency access issues with the responsible authorities. Operational faults should be reported to Stirling Council first so they enter the service system and receive a reference number.

We support sustainable rural communities by representing local views on housing, public services, accessibility and the practical effects of policy decisions. Individual housing cases normally belong with the landlord or responsible service, while wider recurring issues may also warrant Community Council representation.

Helping shape development across Strathard.
We consider planning matters from a community perspective and encourage residents to make their own representations through the National Park Authority's formal planning routes. The Community Council is a consultee, but it does not decide applications.
